Tchernavia Sessum is a Live Event Producer, owner of The T. Ronise Group, LLC. and founder of LEEF - the League of Entertainment and Event Freelancers. With over 10 years of event experience specializing in live events and experiential marketing activations, Tchernavia's expertise includes festival operations, venue logistics, talent relations and volunteer management. 

In her career, she has extended her talents managing trade shows, conferences and other events including the City of Stafford’s Inaugural Juneteenth Celebration, Tribeca Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Essence Festival, Nickelodeon HALO Awards and MTV Video Music Awards.

Born and bred in Houston Texas, Tchernavia is graduate of Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.

Lisa Zepeda-Loyola

Client Relations Partner

After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science & Fashion Merchandising from the University of Houston, Lisa began her events career as a Promotions Coordinator for both Clear Channel & CBS Radio. While working in radio, her love for events lead her to further explore diverse opportunities managing events for various promotions companies, consumer brands, live events and festivals.

In 2013, Lisa moved to NYC to explore new opportunities. Lisa has worked with Madison Square Garden, the New York Knicks and The Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. She currently works as a freelancer for various film festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival, the Hamptons International Film Festival and the Nantucket Film Festival. Always on the lookout for more event opportunities, Lisa definitely has the expertise!

Nora Bernard

Project Operations Partner

As a born and bred New Yorker, naturally Nora began her journey as a volunteer for the Tribeca Film Festival. She was bitten by the “festival circuit” bug after working her way up to a lead coordinator position Nora has worked around the country for festivals that also include the Sundance and Telluride Film Festivals.

Nora is a graduate of LIU-Post with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film. Her work experience has covered production, logistics, talent relations, volunteer coordination and ticketing. She is proud to say that she has combined two of her passions, Cinema and Travel, into a career.
